Executive Committee

The Association’s Executive Committee is made up of between three and nine members, who are elected by the Members’ Meeting. It remains in office for three years, and may be re-elected. The Board elects its Chair, who represents the Association, and may also appoint a Deputy Chair and Treasurer. The Executive Committee has full powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration, and may take all the action needed to achieve the Association’s goals, in line with the Articles of Association and the decisions of the Members’ Meeting.
